The stay part is made of 1.0mm thick 13Φ stainless steel pipe and hand-bent.

The arched thick stainless steel pipe and the treatment of the plate part allow the stay to be used as a fender stay.

Compared to a typical fender with flat stays, the torsional rigidity of the front fork is dramatically improved.

To ensure super durability, 6mm cap bolts are used to fasten the fender body and stays.

Flat washers are placed at the top and bottom, and a U-nut (non-looseness nut) is used to ensure perfect resistance to torsion.

There is no cost-cutting method in the mass-produced models.

This is a handmade chuck box made with the utmost care and attention to detail.
