VG (vintage jockey) helmet of burst helmets

One by one, the edge rubber without metal fittings is attached by hand.
In addition, the rivets that stop the strap are not the standard plating type, but we deliberately chose black to create an atmosphere close to the 1950s.
The ear pad part is also made of leather instead of the usual Y-shaped string, so the cheapness disappears.
In addition, removable "earmuffs" are also included.
As for the interior, the atmosphere is emphasized, and the suspended ceiling is wonderful.
There is a limit to how comfortable it is to wear on a suspended ceiling, and if you use leather for the interior

This VG has a removable urethane interior.
The interior is not visible from the outside when it is actually worn.
It is comfortable to cover without being hit by bees, absorbs sweat well, and dries quickly.
It is well adapted to modern usage.
As you can see in the photo, the jockey type is narrow.
Basically, a thin face looks best.
Please note that even if the head size is as per the size chart, if the shape of the head is the exact opposite of the thin face, the phenomenon of the left and right sides becoming slightly tight may occur.
Although it is a sturdy shell, it is structurally a decorative helmet.
Please refrain from using it on public roads.
The interior does not have Styrofoam. It is available in sizes only by the thickness of the sponge.
The size of the shell is the same for all sizes.
