Manufactured at Yamaha's designated factory with equivalent quality and quality control standards.

This is a high-precision, high-quality, MADE IN JAPAN 0.5mm oversize piston for the SR400.

Manufactured using the same low thermal expansion casting method as the genuine part, unlike short-lived aftermarket forged (machined) oversize pistons,

this oversize piston offers the same long-lasting durability as the genuine piston.

No need to fabricate and replace cylinder sleeves for repair by swapping to genuine STD size pistons.

Replaces discontinued genuine cast oversize pistons in all sizes,

allowing complete restoration of SR400s where proper repair with cast pistons was no longer possible, using only cylinder boring/honing.

※Failure to perform a break-in period before normal operation may cause engine seizure or premature wear.
